"First watch Part I, which is about getting started. This video can be accessed by dialing 44411 on your telephone, then dial 908. Follow the instructions from there. Later you may want to watch Part II, which is about teaching your baby to feed at the breast. This can be accessed by dialing 44411, then 909."
For mothers of term infants:
Breastfeeding, a Guide to Getting Started
"This video can be accessed by dialing 44411 on your telephone, then dial 900 for English or 901 for Spanish. Follow the instructions from there." Spanish speaking mothers will need help, as the instructions are given in English only.
