Newborn Nursery Self-Assessment

The following questionnaire is meant to serve as an indicator of an individual's strengths and weaknesses with regard to care of the newborn. There are no right or wrong answers and no summary of performance. Each respondent should use the items to affirm his or her areas of strength and identify areas that need more attention.
